The main property (10 000 acres) is situated in temperate malaria free area of the Waterberg region in the Limpopo Province of South Africa just a 2 hour drive from OR Tambo International Airport.
The area is typical of the Waterberg region with beautiful mountainsides, rivers, streams and some flat savannah areas.

Temperatures are mild, although early mornings and nights can get cool. Warmer jackets, coveralls and comfortable shoes whether its sneakers or hiking boots are recommended. Keep in mind that hunting attire should be comfortable.
The type of animal you intend to hunt determines the rifle caliber needed. For smaller game like Impala or Springbuck a .270 or 7mm rifle is needed, for bigger game like Kudu or Gems buck a .30 caliber is adequate. As per law the minimum caliber required in order to hunt Elephant, Buffalo or Lion is .375.
